For my birthday, Marcus had this gorgeous painting of the Chrysler Building matted and framed for me. We bought it just after we moved here and accessorized our entire living room around the colors. Marcus is a wonderful, creative gift-giver and a fantastic husband, especially since he accepts the fact that sometimes my hair looks like that.

You know I mean it when I say: that's a really wonderful gift. That they know how much we miss NY, and how we'd like to keep a piece of it close, that's part of why they are so awesome :-)
